A local church cooks a real meal. At noon there’s a short time of prayer, teaching and encouragement. It is the easiest room on campus to walk into alone.

A brief training on how to have a conversation about Jesus, then we go out on campus together. The first time, you’re welcome to walk along and say nothing at all.

“We don’t have members, only participants. You participate as your schedule permits and as much (or as little) as you want. There is no fee.”
The one exception is Wednesday Lunch — free your first time, a dollar after that.
Baptist Campus Ministries serves students from The University of Alabama, Shelton State Community College, and Stillman College. We are here to help you love God, love each other, and love campus.
We are not a church, but a student organization that is a ministry of a network of local churches known as the Tuscaloosa County Baptist Association — open to all students regardless of faith background. We are on campus to be on mission. We gather here, in a place made up of many churches, for the sake of going out together.
For the Christian student that means we are here to help you deepen your relationship with Christ, to help you discover your gifts, passions and talents, and to show you how to use them for God’s glory and His Kingdom.
For the non-Christian student, we want to be a safe place for you to explore who God is and what it means to be a Christian. We want to help you understand you are loved, not just by us, but by God.
